INFORMATION ON DELIVERY OF GOODS IN UKRAINE

Our company is interested in prompt dispatch and delivery of goods throughout the territory of Ukraine. We ship the goods by the most convenient for you in terms of price and quality carriers, such as:

NEW MAIL

1-3 days. Delivery speed depends on your location. After placing the order and payment, we ship it the same day or the next day.

SAT

Delivery time is 3-5 days. The speed of delivery depends on the distance between the sender and the recipient. This is the most economical way compared to Novaya Poshta.

DELIVERY

Delivery is made within 4-7 days. This is the longest delivery method, but its advantage is low cost.

PASSENGER CARGO

Delivery is carried out by shared transport through a dispatcher. Searching for a car takes 1-2 days, the speed of searching for a car depends on the location of cargo delivery (big cities are faster, remote villages are more difficult). The shipping method is cheaper compared to other carriers mentioned above.

We work throughout Ukraine, and at your request, we can offer you delivery by another courier service that is not on our list.

After placing an order in our online store for delivery to your region, you should clearly indicate the following information:

  • Recipient's last name and first name
  • City or settlement
  • The number of the warehouse closest to you (if the order is sent via courier services)
  • Mobile phone number

After the goods have been shipped, we will inform you of the declaration number. When receiving the goods, you should have your passport and declaration number with you.

  • The seller is not responsible for the work of postal / courier services.
  • When sending the order, the product is insured for its full value, in case of damage to the product, the carrier must pay you its full value.
  • The cost of product delivery is paid by the buyer (or as agreed with the buyer).
