Solenoid Valve U401-A — Two-Stage for Precise Fuel Dispenser Cutoff
U401-A — dual-coil electromagnetic valve designed for precise fuel delivery cutoff at a preset amount or volume on fuel dispensers. Eliminates overfill through two-stage flow control — at the end of fueling, the remaining 3-5 liters are delivered slowly, allowing you to stop at the set value with accuracy to 0.1 liter. Brass body, response time 0.3 seconds, for use with gasoline, diesel, biofuel (not for LPG).
Principle of Two-Stage Control
The valve has two independent solenoid coils and two shutoff elements with different passage diameters:
- Large coil — opens the main channel. Full flow rate 40-60 L/min (fast tank filling)
- Small coil — opens the bypass with limited flow rate 5-7 L/min (slow finish)
Operating algorithm in "preset amount" mode:
- Start of fueling: fuel dispenser opens both channels — fuel is delivered at maximum speed
- 3-5 liters before the end: fuel dispenser closes the large coil, fuel flows only through the small one — slowly
- At the moment the amount is reached: the small coil closes — complete stop
Due to slow completion, flow inertia is compensated and the likelihood of overfill is minimized.

Installation Location
The U401-A valve is mounted in the fuel dispenser hydraulic block between the meter and the delivery hose — standard position for all shutoff valves. Installation after the meter allows you to precisely stop fueling after the reading is already recorded.
Why NOT for LPG
U401-A is designed for operation with liquid fuel at standard working pressures (up to 3 bar in the fuel dispenser hydraulic circuit). For LPG, special valves with cryogenic seals are used for operation at temperatures down to −42 °C and pressures of 5-15 bar. Do not attempt to use U401-A for liquefied gas — this is a violation of safety standards.

1-3 days. Delivery speed depends on your location. After placing your order and payment, we ship the same day or the next.
SAT
Delivery time 3-5 days. Speed depends on the distance between sender and recipient. This is the most economical option compared to Nova Poshta.
DELIVERY
Shipping takes 4-7 days. This is the slowest method, but its advantage is the low cost.
FREIGHT POOLING
Shipping is done via shared transport through a dispatcher. Finding a vehicle takes 1-2 days; speed depends on the destination (major cities are faster, remote villages slower). This method is cheaper than the carriers listed above.
We work throughout Ukraine, and on request can arrange delivery via another courier service not on our list.

Cash on delivery is processed at the carrier's warehouse. The service fee is 2% of the total + 15 UAH for payment processing. For an order of 1000 UAH you will pay 35 UAH for this service plus the shipping cost.
The second method is more reliable as you can inspect the goods on the spot, but it is also more expensive, so before paying you may want to consider which method suits you best.
