Fuel dispenser Gerkon 01-1-40/80-2 — two-hose dispenser for commercial gas stations, vehicle fleets and corporate refueling points. The unique advantage of Gerkon dispensers — built-in RFID card accounting system, which competitors in Ukraine do not have. Each driver receives a personal card with a limit (liters or hryvnias), tied to specific dispensers.

How it works:

1. The driver applies the card to the reader on the dispenser
2. The controller instantly checks the limit and list of permitted fuel types
3. The driver selects the quantity in liters or amount
4. After refueling, data is synchronized with the cloud server in 1-2 seconds (MQTT protocol)
5. Accounting sees deductions in real time, driver sees remaining limit

Card operating modes:

• Limited — prepaid mode with balance control
• Unlimited — for corporate transport (accounting is kept in database, without deduction)
• Master card — emergency startup in case of no internet (offline mode)

PROTECTION AGAINST LOSS OF FUEL ACCOUNTING

Gerkon dispenser has multiple built-in protections guaranteeing preservation of fuel accounting data even in the most challenging conditions:

• Protection against power loss during refueling — built-in supercapacitor provides autonomous controller power for data recording. All liters dispensed before shutdown are guaranteed to be saved and included in accounting. After power restoration, the dispenser automatically resumes from the same point — the incomplete dose will be completed.
• Protection against communication failures — all operations are buffered in the controller's local database. If internet is lost, the dispenser continues to work in offline mode, and data is synchronized with the server after connection is restored.
• Discrepancy audit — system automatically compares mechanical meter readings with database records, alerts operator of any inconsistencies.
• Protection against unauthorized access — all configuration changes are logged with user, IP address and time. Function to block acceptance of new RFID cards.
• Controller settings backups — up to 10 snapshots per dispenser, can be rolled back to any in case of erroneous parameter change.
• Processor temperature control — alerts when overheating > 70°C, protection against thermal failure.
• Protection against double deduction — each transaction has a unique identifier, duplicate recording is impossible even if network fails.

MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION AND PROTECTION

Dispenser is equipped with automatic fuel shutoff valve, swivel coupling (prevents hose twisting), pressure hose 4 m with breakaway coupling (detaches without damaging the dispenser if driver leaves without removing the nozzle). Power supply 220V/380V, protection class IP44, operating temperature range -40...+50°C.
