Gerkon Multi-Hose Commercial Fuel Dispenser (model 06-3-40-6) is a 6-hose, 3-product fuel dispenser engineered for mid-size urban forecourts. Built in Ukraine since 1995, exported to Poland, Romania, Moldova, Georgia and Kazakhstan. Configurable with 6 dispensing positions across 3 fuel grades (diesel + petrol grades, with optional LPG dispensing point), nominal flow 40 L/min per nozzle, ±0.5% volumetric accuracy verified by UkrMetrTestStandard under MID-equivalent Module F.
Designed for mid-size urban forecourts
This 6-hose configuration is the workhorse of busy commercial forecourts: enough product variety (3 grades) and dispensing capacity (6 simultaneous transactions) to keep queue times low during peak hours. Compared with the single-hose Gerkon dispenser, this unit offers significantly higher throughput per square metre of forecourt — typical ROI within 18–24 months for busy sites.
Compatibility with EU components

Fleet management and RFID accounting
Each dispensing position is independently authenticated via the integrated Gerkon controller. Drivers carry contactless RFID cards; transactions log to the cloud cabinet at azs.gerkon.com with full transaction details (driver, vehicle, position, volume, timestamp, fuel grade). Per-driver and per-vehicle limits are configured remotely. Reports export to CSV / Excel / 1C / SAP-compatible formats.
For sites with existing fleet management systems (Fueltek FuelManager, Triscan, OrbComm, Webtech, custom SAP/1C), the dispenser exposes a raw pulse output per position (configurable, typically 100 pulses per litre) for direct integration without going through the Gerkon cloud.
Forecourt configurations
The 6-hose unit supports two physical configurations:
- Single-sided island — all 6 hoses on one side of the dispenser, useful for forecourts where vehicles approach from a single direction (typical in Eastern European fleet bases)
- Double-sided island — 6 hoses split across two sides (3 per side), allowing simultaneous fueling of two vehicles at the same fuel grade — the layout standard for most EU retail forecourts
Both configurations use the same hydraulic block and electronic controller; the difference is purely in the housing and hose routing. Specify configuration at order time.

Frequently asked questions
Is the dispenser ATEX certified?
The base unit is engineered to support installation in ATEX-classified zones, but formal ATEX type approval per Directive 2014/34/EU is the responsibility of the installer based on site classification. Contact our export desk for a technical file (constructional drawings, electrical schematics, materials list) supporting your local ATEX assessment.
Can the 3 fuel grades include LPG?
Yes — one of the 3 dispensing positions can be configured for LPG (autogas) instead of liquid fuel. The LPG position uses a separate hydraulic block compliant with EN 14678 (LPG dispenser standard) — specify at order time.
What forecourt POS systems is the dispenser compatible with?
The dispenser exposes IFSF LON, Modbus RTU and Wayne current loop protocols. This covers the majority of EU forecourt POS systems including Wayne SmartLink, Tokheim Profitec, Petrosoft, Fairbanks and most regional vendors. For systems we have not yet integrated, our team can usually deliver a custom protocol module within 4 weeks.
How are simultaneous transactions billed?
Each dispensing position has an independent transaction counter and pulse output; simultaneous transactions are billed independently to each driver/vehicle without cross-talk. This is standard behaviour for retail dispensers under MID — the 6-position unit treats each hose as a separate metering channel.
Can I add more hoses later?
The dispenser frame and electronics are sized for the configuration purchased; adding hoses post-installation is not feasible without replacing the hydraulic block. If forecourt growth is anticipated, ordering the 8-hose-hose model from the start is more cost-effective than upgrading later.

Our company is committed to fast shipping and delivery throughout Ukraine. We work with carriers that offer the best balance of price and quality, including:
NOVA POSHTA
1-3 days. Delivery speed depends on your location. After placing your order and payment, we ship the same day or the next.
SAT
Delivery time 3-5 days. Speed depends on the distance between sender and recipient. This is the most economical option compared to Nova Poshta.
DELIVERY
Shipping takes 4-7 days. This is the slowest method, but its advantage is the low cost.
FREIGHT POOLING
Shipping is done via shared transport through a dispatcher. Finding a vehicle takes 1-2 days; speed depends on the destination (major cities are faster, remote villages slower). This method is cheaper than the carriers listed above.
We work throughout Ukraine, and on request can arrange delivery via another courier service not on our list.

PAYMENT METHODS
After placing an order for a selected product in our store, we verify stock availability and confirm with you. Payment can then be made using one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer to the company account (VAT included).
- Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt).
Before paying via bank transfer, please contact us to confirm product availability.
Cash on delivery is processed at the carrier's warehouse. The service fee is 2% of the total + 15 UAH for payment processing. For an order of 1000 UAH you will pay 35 UAH for this service plus the shipping cost.
The second method is more reliable as you can inspect the goods on the spot, but it is also more expensive, so before paying you may want to consider which method suits you best.
If payment is received by 12:00, we ship the same day; if payment arrives later, shipping is processed the next day.
