FUEL ACCOUNTING PROTECTION — NOT LOSING A SINGLE LITER

The column is designed so that refueling data survives any emergency situation. Key protection mechanisms:

1. Power failure in the middle of refueling. Inside the column is a supercapacitor — it supplies power to the controller just enough to write to memory: «N liters dispensed before shutdown». When power returns — the column simply resumes from that point and allows the driver to complete the underfilled dose. Loss-free accounting.

2. Internet lost at the facility. This will not stop operations. All cards and limits are stored in the column's local database. Driver applied card → verification → refueling → local buffer entry. When connection restores — the buffer automatically synchronizes with the server, history not lost.

3. Controller failure. Before each critical action, the controller creates a checkpoint (snapshot). If something goes wrong — the state is restored from the last working version. Up to 10 setting snapshots per column.

4. Meter and database mismatch. Once daily, the system compares mechanical meter readings with the sum of database records. If there is a discrepancy — the operator receives an alert, can immediately conduct an investigation.

5. Fuel theft. Without a card, the column does not work. Card is tied to the driver and (optionally) to the equipment. Shift limit prevents «overfilling». Every refueling log — with time, liters, and driver.

MECHANICS AND INSTALLATION

On the outside, the column — is a compact galvanized steel body with powder coating. Not afraid of rain and snow (IP44 protection), operates in the temperature range -40...+50 °C. Dimensions allow installation even in a small cabinet or cargo box.

Included: automatic dispensing nozzle, rotating coupling (hose does not twist), 4 m pressure hose with break coupling (breaks without damage if driver leaves without removing the nozzle). Power supply 220V or 380V optional.
