U607-C hose swivel coupling by Gerkon — a 1″ BSP rotating joint fitted between the dispenser hose and the automatic refuelling nozzle. Eliminates hose twist that occurs when drivers rotate the nozzle while filling, dramatically extending hose service life and preventing premature kinking failures.
Why a swivel coupling?
Without a swivel, every nozzle rotation transmits torque into the hose. Over months of repeated twisting, the hose's reinforcement layers shift, the rubber inner liner cracks, and pinhole leaks develop. Industry data shows hoses without swivels last 8–12 months in retail forecourt service; with a 1″ swivel, the same hose lasts 3–4 years. The swivel pays for itself within the first year of use.

ATEX and safety
U607-C is a non-electrical mechanical fitting and is inherently I.S.-compatible for installation in ATEX zones 1 and 2. The swivel includes a built-in equipotential bonding strap to maintain electrical continuity from dispenser to nozzle for static-electricity dissipation per EN 1127-1 and EN 13463-1.
Installation
Replace the existing rigid 1″ adapter between hose and nozzle with U607-C. No tools beyond two 32 mm spanners required. Apply fuel-grade thread sealant (Loctite 567 or equivalent — never PTFE tape on fuel fittings) and tighten to 80 Nm. Test for leaks with the dispenser at full pressure before returning to service.

Will it work with my existing nozzle?
Yes for any nozzle with 1″ BSP female inlet — that covers OPW, ZVA, Elaflex, Husky, Petropoint and most other major brands. For non-standard threads (3/4″, M30 metric) we supply adapters at no extra cost.
How often should the swivel be replaced?
Sealed-bearing swivels are designed for 5+ years of forecourt service. Replace if rotation becomes stiff (a sign that bearings have ingressed water or particulate), if external corrosion is visible, or after a known overhang impact. The seals are field-replaceable as a service kit if the body is otherwise in good condition.
Do I need the stainless steel variant?
Brass is sufficient for standard petrol/diesel operation in temperate climates. Choose stainless steel (AISI 316L) for marine/coastal locations (salt-air corrosion), aviation fuel applications, or high-ethanol fuel grades where brass-zinc leaching is a concern.

NOVA POSHTA
1-3 days. Delivery speed depends on your location. After placing your order and payment, we ship the same day or the next.
SAT
Delivery time 3-5 days. Speed depends on the distance between sender and recipient. This is the most economical option compared to Nova Poshta.
DELIVERY
Shipping takes 4-7 days. This is the slowest method, but its advantage is the low cost.
FREIGHT POOLING
Shipping is done via shared transport through a dispatcher. Finding a vehicle takes 1-2 days; speed depends on the destination (major cities are faster, remote villages slower). This method is cheaper than the carriers listed above.
We work throughout Ukraine, and on request can arrange delivery via another courier service not on our list.

PAYMENT METHODS
After placing an order for a selected product in our store, we verify stock availability and confirm with you. Payment can then be made using one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer to the company account (VAT included).
- Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt).

Cash on delivery is processed at the carrier's warehouse. The service fee is 2% of the total + 15 UAH for payment processing. For an order of 1000 UAH you will pay 35 UAH for this service plus the shipping cost.
The second method is more reliable as you can inspect the goods on the spot, but it is also more expensive, so before paying you may want to consider which method suits you best.
If payment is received by 12:00, we ship the same day; if payment arrives later, shipping is processed the next day.
