What is it
Gerkon V3.1 Fuel Dispenser Controller is a modern electronic "brain" for any fuel dispenser pump. Instead of an outdated mechanical counter or primitive relay logic, the controller gives you full digital control: driver identification by RFID card, accurate fuel accounting, remote control from the cloud cabinet, 1C integration reports, and Telegram notifications for every refueling.
Suitable for any fuel dispenser — a new Gerkon PRK or as a replacement for electronics in an existing imported or custom-built dispenser. Base functionality works "out of the box", and for your specific process requirements we can customize firmware individually.
How it works
- Driver approaches the dispenser, taps RFID card to the reader
- Controller identifies the driver, checks limits, allows refueling
- Sends pump start command via magnetic starter (380 V, 3-phase)
- Counts pulses from the fuel meter (pulse sensor)
- Cuts flow with two solenoid valves: KSR (flow reduction) before target dose, KO1 (full cutoff) on target reach
- Records transaction in internal memory and immediately sends to cloud cabinet
- Accountant sees the refueling in 1C report within 1-2 seconds

- Farms — fuel accounting for tractors, combines, trucks. Each tractor driver has their own RFID card, the agronomist sees who refueled how much per day.
- Corporate fuel stations — refueling company fleet without a cashier. Driver self-serves by card, accounting gets a detailed report.

Installs on any dispenser
The controller works with any electromechanical fuel dispenser that has:
- Fuel meter with pulse output (reed switch or optical — we'll connect)
- 380 V 3-phase pump motor (controlled via magnetic starter, included)
- 1-2 solenoid valves (flow cutoff and flow reduction valves)
Doesn't matter if it's your old mechanical dispenser or a new Gerkon PRK. We reconnect, flash settings, calibrate the meter — and the dispenser becomes "smart".
Custom firmware for your processes
Base firmware covers 95% of typical scenarios. If you have specific requirements — we customize firmware individually:
- Integration with specific ERP/accounting system (1C 7.7, 8.3, BAS, SAP, Galaxy)

1-3 days. Delivery speed depends on your location. After placing your order and payment, we ship the same day or the next.

Delivery time 3-5 days. Speed depends on the distance between sender and recipient. This is the most economical option compared to Nova Poshta.
DELIVERY
Shipping takes 4-7 days. This is the slowest method, but its advantage is the low cost.
FREIGHT POOLING
Shipping is done via shared transport through a dispatcher. Finding a vehicle takes 1-2 days; speed depends on the destination (major cities are faster, remote villages slower). This method is cheaper than the carriers listed above.
We work throughout Ukraine, and on request can arrange delivery via another courier service not on our list.

PAYMENT METHODS
After placing an order for a selected product in our store, we verify stock availability and confirm with you. Payment can then be made using one of the following methods:

Cash on delivery is processed at the carrier's warehouse. The service fee is 2% of the total + 15 UAH for payment processing. For an order of 1000 UAH you will pay 35 UAH for this service plus the shipping cost.
The second method is more reliable as you can inspect the goods on the spot, but it is also more expensive, so before paying you may want to consider which method suits you best.
