M2r-10Gr is a 10-litre reference volumetric prover manufactured by Gerkon for periodic verification of fuel dispensers, custody-transfer flow meters and any volumetric measuring system handling petroleum products or other liquids. Built to accuracy class 2 per OIML R 120 with ±0.1% volumetric tolerance, calibrated and certified by the Ukrainian National Metrology Institute (signatory of CIPM MRA, recognised across EU member states under the metrology mutual-recognition framework).

Construction
The 10 L prover body is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel, fully welded, polished externally and internally. The graduated sight tube is calibrated against the master volume so that the reading at the meniscus directly indicates the precise delivered volume. A bottom diffuser plate breaks incoming flow turbulence — without it, surface waves can cause reading errors of ±0.2% or worse. The drain valve is a 1″ stainless steel ball valve sized for fast emptying between tests (a 10 L prover empties in under 10 seconds, allowing repeated cycles during back-to-back dispenser checks).

Gerkon manufactures the full M2r series in 11 nominal volumes: 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 750, 1000, 2000 and 2500 litres. Smaller units (5–100 L) cover retail dispenser verification (typical test volume 5–20 L for petrol, 10–50 L for diesel, 100 L for high-flow truck dispensers). Is the calibration certificate accepted in EU member states?
Yes for receipt and acceptance verification. The Ukrainian National Metrology Institute is a CIPM MRA signatory, meaning calibration certificates carry international traceability recognised under the BIPM framework. For use as a legal national standard inside an EU member state, the local NMI may add its own re-verification stamp; this is normally a fast paperwork procedure rather than a full re-calibration.
What is the re-certification interval?
Industry standard is 5 years for accuracy class 2 reference provers under normal use, or sooner if the prover shows visible damage or has been in continuous heavy daily duty. Some national authorities specify shorter intervals for specific applications — check with your local NMI.
Why a 10 L size specifically?
OIML R 120 standardises capacity measures at decadic and 2-5-x intermediate steps. 10 L is the recommended nominal volume for petrol/diesel retail dispenser verification.
Can the prover be used for liquids other than petroleum products?
Yes — AISI 304 stainless construction is compatible with most non-aggressive liquids (water, ethanol, biodiesel, light chemicals). For corrosive media (acids, strong solvents) contact us for the AISI 316L variant.
How is the prover transported on-site for mobile verification work?
Smaller units (5–200 L) are hand-carried by 1–2 operators or trolley-mounted. Larger units (500 L and above) are equipped with lifting eyes and rolled on a wheeled frame; some customers fit a 10 L prover permanently to a verification trailer for routine field work across multiple sites.

1-3 days. Delivery speed depends on your location. After placing your order and payment, we ship the same day or the next.
SAT
Delivery time 3-5 days. Speed depends on the distance between sender and recipient. This is the most economical option compared to Nova Poshta.
DELIVERY
Shipping takes 4-7 days. This is the slowest method, but its advantage is the low cost.
FREIGHT POOLING
Shipping is done via shared transport through a dispatcher. Finding a vehicle takes 1-2 days; speed depends on the destination (major cities are faster, remote villages slower). This method is cheaper than the carriers listed above.
We work throughout Ukraine, and on request can arrange delivery via another courier service not on our list.

PAYMENT METHODS
After placing an order for a selected product in our store, we verify stock availability and confirm with you. Payment can then be made using one of the following methods:

Cash on delivery is processed at the carrier's warehouse. The service fee is 2% of the total + 15 UAH for payment processing. For an order of 1000 UAH you will pay 35 UAH for this service plus the shipping cost.
The second method is more reliable as you can inspect the goods on the spot, but it is also more expensive, so before paying you may want to consider which method suits you best.
