U206-A nozzle holder microswitch by Gerkon — a robust, fuel-resistant snap-action switch fitted inside the dispenser nozzle holster. Detects when the driver returns the nozzle, signalling transaction end to the dispenser controller. Direct replacement for the holster-switch component in most major dispenser brands (OPW, ZVA, Wayne, Tokheim, Tatsuno).
How it works
The microswitch is mounted inside the nozzle holster (boot) so that the nozzle's spout depresses the actuator when correctly stowed. The dispenser controller monitors the switch state: nozzle out (switch open) → ready to dispense; nozzle returned (switch closed) → end transaction, log totals, lock the dispenser. Without a working holster switch, the dispenser cannot reliably detect transaction end — leading to billing errors, unmonitored fuel loss and forecourt POS desynchronisation.

- Seal failure — caused by old age (5+ years); visible as moisture inside the enclosure, intermittent contact

U206-A fits the standard 2× M3 screw pattern used by most major dispenser holsters (OPW, ZVA, Husky, Wayne, Tokheim). For exotic brands, we supply mounting adapters at no extra cost — send us a photograph of the existing holster and we'll confirm compatibility.
Can it be wired into existing dispenser controller?
Yes — the SPDT contact is universally compatible with NO (normally open) and NC (normally closed) input requirements. Connect Common + NO for «trigger on nozzle return» (most dispensers); Common + NC for «trigger on nozzle removal». Wiring diagram supplied with each unit.
What is the typical service life?
5+ years in retail forecourt service (8000+ transactions/year typical site). For fleet depots with much lower transaction count (1000-2000/year), 10+ years is realistic. For automated unmanned stations with very high throughput (20,000+ tx/year), plan replacement every 3-4 years.

NOVA POSHTA
1-3 days. Delivery speed depends on your location. After placing your order and payment, we ship the same day or the next.
SAT
Delivery time 3-5 days. Speed depends on the distance between sender and recipient. This is the most economical option compared to Nova Poshta.
DELIVERY
Shipping takes 4-7 days. This is the slowest method, but its advantage is the low cost.
FREIGHT POOLING
Shipping is done via shared transport through a dispatcher. Finding a vehicle takes 1-2 days; speed depends on the destination (major cities are faster, remote villages slower). This method is cheaper than the carriers listed above.
We work throughout Ukraine, and on request can arrange delivery via another courier service not on our list.

Cash on delivery is processed at the carrier's warehouse. The service fee is 2% of the total + 15 UAH for payment processing. For an order of 1000 UAH you will pay 35 UAH for this service plus the shipping cost.
The second method is more reliable as you can inspect the goods on the spot, but it is also more expensive, so before paying you may want to consider which method suits you best.
